Non-Discrimination Policy – Association Membership. Neither the State nor the Association shall interfere with the right of employees covered by this Agreement to become or refrain from becoming members of the Association, and neither the State nor the Association shall discriminate against any such employee because of membership or non-membership in any employee organization.
