Non-Medical. If a Member desires to freeze his or her account for a non-medical reason, Member should consult with Member’s CRUNCH facility. CRUNCH reserves the right to adjust this freeze policy from time to time at its sole discretion. All requests must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to Member’s next billing date period. Retroactive freezes will not be accepted. Certain fees may apply to any freeze of a Member’s membership.

Non-Medical. If you desire to freeze your account for a non-medical reason, you must complete our Membership Freeze Form and return it to the general manager of the UFC GYM facility. You acknowledge and understand that freezing your membership will extend the term of the Agreement and that you will still be obligated to pay your monthly dues as per your original Agreement after the freeze period until the minimum term has expired. A fee of $15 per month will be assessed for freezing a membership. UFC GYM reserves the right to adjust this freeze policy from time to time in its sole discretion.
