Non-Paid Leave. Child care leave shall be considered a non-paid leave. The unpaid child care leave of absence will be granted for a maximum of one year (12 months). FMLA leave for the birth of a child or for placement of adoption or xxxxxx care must conclude within twelve (12) months of the birth or placement.
