Non-Resident Membership. 1. Special Membership, Type 2 - These memberships are available to residents of Avondale Heights only. They permit use of all Corporation facilities but provide no voting rights and are non-transferable. There is an initiation fee of not less than $500 to be established by the Board, and an annual membership fee no less than that paid by regular members, also to be established by the Board.
