NON-ROUTINE UNSCHEDULED EMERGENCY SERVICES. Non-routine unscheduled emergency services include events which may require immediate response. This type of event shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Call out by the automatic dialing system; • Repair of landfill gas and condensate system piping breaks or separations causing the emergency shutdown of the LFGCCS; • Repair or replacement of extraction xxxxx; • Repair or replacement of probes; • Odor complaints; • Flare station shut-down events; • Surging vacuum; • Condensate sump repair; and • Any response required for compliance issues. The nature of these urgent items is such that a response cannot be scheduled ahead of time. Contractor shall respond to these conditions, on an as-needed basis, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. OC Waste & Recycling does not require Contractor to respond to auto dialer call-outs in the non-daylight hours due to the unsafe nature of the landfills. However, Contractor shall respond first thing the following morning. LFGCCS professionals shall be intimately involved in mitigating system malfunctions and directing emergency call-out situations. Emergency events shall be coordinated through the County PM or authorized designee in an effort to expedite necessary corrective measures. Work orders shall be generated and presented to the County itemizing the personnel and length of time necessary to complete each task. Non-routine unscheduled emergency service shall be performed only after receipt of written or verbal authorization from the County PM or authorized designee.

Task orders will be generated and presented to the County itemizing the personnel and length of time necessary to complete each task. Non-routine unscheduled emergency service shall be performed only after receipt of written or verbal authorization from the County site engineer (or designee). For emergency call-outs a minimum of 4 hours will be charged to the Task Order.

  • Emergency Service Leave ‌ Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay. If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Emergency Services Leave 6.17.1 Subject to operational requirements, paid leave of absence shall be granted by the Employer to an Employee who is an active volunteer member of State Emergency Service, St Xxxx Ambulance Brigade, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Xxxx Fire Brigades, Volunteer Marine Rescue Services Groups or FESA Units, in order to allow for attendances at emergencies as declared by the recognised authority.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Emergency Childcare Employees may use vacation leave for childcare emergencies after the employee has exhausted all of their accrued compensatory time. Use of vacation leave and sick leave for emergency childcare is limited to a combined maximum of four (4) days per calendar year.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.
