Common use of Non-school ESA Experience Clause in Contracts

Non-school ESA Experience. In addition to experience as defined above, experience for ESA certified staff shall include experience in other non-school professional positions as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and psychologists. For such non-school experience, one (1) year of service in a non- school position shall be counted as one (1) year of service.

Non-school ESA Experience. In addition to experience as defined above, experience for ESA certified staff hired for the 2018 – 2019 school year and beyond shall include experience in other non-school professional positions as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, counselors, nurses, psychologists, and psychologistssocial workers. For such non-school experience, one (1) year of service in a non- non-school position shall be counted as one (1) year of service.
