Common use of NON-SERVICE DUTY DAYS Clause in Contracts

NON-SERVICE DUTY DAYS. Three (3) Non-Service Duty Days will be provided for regular and temporary employees who are not on seasonal lay-off or leave without pay. These will be on the first (1st), second (2nd) and third (3rd) working days following Boxing Day or the day observed as Boxing Day. A regular or temporary employee who is designated by the University Executive to work during the non-service duty days shall receive the equivalent time off in lieu at a time mutually agreeable between the employee and their supervisor.
