Smoking Areas. The Company will designate smoking areas not in violation of Army and insurance regulations. Employees may smoke during such times as the Company may designate. The use of tobacco products inside aircraft or Company or government vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Areas. All employees shall confine their smoking during working hours to the area(s) in accordance with the Smoke Free Illinois Act, 095- 0017, requiring smokers to be fifteen feet (15) from entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes.

Smoking by employees governed by this Agreement shall only be allowed on Nursing Home grounds in a designated smoking area, as follows: The smoking area shall be a roofed structure outside the employee entrance, at least thirty feet from the Nursing Home structure. This structure shall be equipped with a panic button and in an area lighted after nightfall. The parties agree that before any further changes in the smoking policy at the Champaign County Nursing Home are implemented, the Union will be notified in writing at least sixty days in advance. The Union reserves its right to demand to bargain over any such further change in the smoking policy. However, the Employer may implement a further change in the smoking policy immediately and without bargaining if it is required by: (a) a bona fide emergency; or (b) state or federal law, either directly or as a condition of funding (including statutes, applicable case law, regulations, or compliance with the directives of any government inspector or regulatory agency).
Smoking Areas. In accordance with the Illinois Smoke Free Act of 2008, smoking is prohibited in all County of Winnebago facilities, buildings, or other structures and vehicles. Smoking is prohibited within fifteen (15) feet from entrances, exits, windows that open, and ven- tilation intakes.
Smoking Areas. In theatres and rehearsal areas where smoking is permitted, non- common areas shall be designated by the Theatre for smoking. (U) Smoke and Haze Effects. The Theatre agrees to use only dry ice, liquid nitrogen, or substances listed in the latest Theatrical Smoke, Fog, and Haze Testing: Calibration Factors list provided by an industrial hygienist and in accordance with the specified limits set forth in GUIDELINES FOR THEATRICAL SMOKE AND HAZE for LORT Theatres dated March 19, 2003, and/or the Time Distance Guidelines (see Guidelines for Theatrical Smoke and Haze, page 148). Both parties agree that Ramboll Environ is the industrial hygienist providing the latest substance list.
