NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. During the term of this Agreement, Manager shall be permitted to engage in such other business activities and perform services for entities other than the Company and the Subsidiaries; provided, however, Manager shall at all times provide sufficient staffing to satisfactorily perform the Services to be provided hereunder and Manager’s engagement in rendering services to entities other than the Company shall not substantially interfere with or adversely affect its provision of the Services hereunder.
NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. Independent Contractor shall at all times have the right to perform services similar to the Contract Services for the general public or for other court reporting firms, and the Company shall at all times have the right to engage any other individual or business to perform services similar to the Contract Services.

NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. The Company hereby engages Consultant to perform the "Services" set forth in Section 3, below, for the Company on a nonexclusive basis upon the terms of this Agreement, and Consultant hereby accepts such engagement upon the terms of this Agreement (the "Engagement"). This Agreement shall NOT prohibit Consultant from providing Services or related services for Consultant’s other clients or for others, provided such work does not conflict with the Services to be provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement and is not with an actual or potential competing business. Consultant agrees to prioritize timelines for the delivery of Services to Company where necessary.
NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. Acorda may, from time to time, (i) engage other persons and entities to perform services for Acorda that are similar to the Services provided by Consultant, and (ii) enter into agreements similar to this Agreement with other persons or entities, in all cases without the necessity of obtaining approval from Consultant.

NONEXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. Subject to the terms, conditions and ----------------------- limitations hereinafter set forth, the Owner does hereby appoint the Manager as the Owner's non-exclusive agent to offer for lease the Speculative Space. The term of such appointment shall commence on the date of this Agreement and shall expire on the earlier to occur of (i) the Completion Date or (ii) February 1, 2000. In the event the Owner shall desire for any reason to engage a real estate broker or agent as the Owner's exclusive agent for the leasing of the Speculative Space, the Owner shall have the right to terminate the appointment of the Manager hereunder by written notice to the Manager, which termination shall be effective immediately upon the giving of such notice. The Manager hereby accepts its nonexclusive appointment hereunder.
