Noon Hour Supervisors Clause Samples
Noon Hour Supervisors. The normal work week will be one hour per day on days that schools are in session for a full day. On 5 December 1997, the Board of School Trustees and CUPE Local 173 (formerly Locals 733 and 1040), signed a Letter of Understanding regarding Amalgamation. The following clauses from the original Letter of Understanding are applicable to the current Collective Agreement (numbering of original clauses has been retained):
Noon Hour Supervisors. Noon Hour Supervisors will work a minimum of one (1) hour per day during the noon or lunch hour; on days when school is actually in session. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Noon Hour Supervisors shall not accumulate seniority, nor be entitled to welfare or other benefits.
Noon Hour Supervisors. Noon Hour Supervisors are those employees, who, having completed the probationary period, work a minimum of one (1) hour per day as a noon hour supervisor.
