LUNCH HOUR. 45.01 A scheduled interval between classes for the lunch break for Teachers shall not be less than forty (40) consecutive minutes.
LUNCH HOUR. A. There will be a lunch period of at least minutes and not more than one hour each shift, as near the middle of the employee's shift as the workload allows.
LUNCH HOUR. Outside employees shall be entitled to one‐half (½) hour for lunch. Inside employees shall be entitled to one (1) hour for lunch. Employees must work a minimum of five (5) hours to be eligible for the lunch break. For Inside employees working less than a full shift, the lunch break shall be between one‐half (½) hour and one (1) hour as mutually agreed upon between the Corporation and the employee.
LUNCH HOUR. When an employee works five (5) continuous hours or more he/she shall be given an unpaid one-half (1/2) hour lunch period normally commencing between the fourth (4th) and fifth (5th) hour of work. The Employer shall ensure a relief person is covering during this period.
LUNCH HOUR. The lunch period shall extend for a forty-five (45) minute period of time, unless otherwise approved by the employee's immediate supervisor in accordance with the current Agreement between the College District and CSEA.

LUNCH HOUR. 1. Every teacher at the high school shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than thirty-five (35) minutes (including passing periods).
2. Every teacher at the middle school shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes (including passing periods).
3. Every teacher at the elementary school level shall have a duty-free lunch period of not less than forty (40) minutes, including passing time.
LUNCH HOUR. Employees shall not take more than one-half (1/2) continuous hour for meals, and the meal period shall be between the fourth (4th) hours and the sixth (6th) hours.
LUNCH HOUR. Employees shall not take more than one (Ic)ontinuous hour for meals; however, should the taking of a full continuous hour for meals cause additional waiting time, the Company may request the employee to take not less than thirty (30) minutes. No employee shall be compelled to take more than one (1) continuous hour for meals and the meal period shall be between the fourth and sixth hours.
LUNCH HOUR. 12.02.1 Every employee is entitled to the following: - in any shift of six (6) hours or longer, an unpaid lunch break of one (1) hour for Drivers or one half (1/2) hour for office staff to be provided around the middle of the shift. - in any shift of four (4) hours or more, but less than six (6) hours, an unpaid lunch break of
12.02.2 Office employees will fill in for each other at break times so that the office will be staffed at all times during working hours.
12.02.3 Lunch breaks will be given no earlier than three (3) hours after the shift begins and no later than five (5) hours after the shift begins.
12.02.4 Where an employee requests a lunch period of longer or shorter duration than stated in (a) of this Article, the employer will endeavour to accommodate such requests.
