Notice Effective Date. Notices delivered by mail shall be deemed effective three (3) business days after mailing in accordance with this Section. Notices delivered personally or by overnight courier shall be deemed effective upon receipt.
Notice Effective Date. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, any notices provided under this Agreement shall be deemed effective upon the earlier of Five (5) business days after mailing or upon receipt.

In addition, you hereby release and agree not to bring any legal action or claim arising from or by reason of your employment or termination of employment under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. In this regard, we are required to advise you in writing to consult an attorney prior to signing this Agreement. In addition, you have 21 days from the date of your receipt of this letter in which to consider this Agreement and whether you wish to enter into it, and waive and release any claim you have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act against the Company. Further, you have seven days following the date on which you sign below to revoke this Agreement by providing written notice to Xxx Xxxxx at the address on the last page of this Letter Agreement. This Agreement will become effective at the end of this seven-day period (the "Effective Date").
Notice Effective Date. Notice given by personal delivery, or other reputable overnight courier delivery service, or United States mail, first class, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, shall be effective on the date of actual receipt at the appropriate address. Notice given delivered and confirmed by facsimile or electronic mail shall be effective on the date of actual receipt if received during recipient's normal business hours, or at the beginning of the next Business Day after receipt if received after recipient's normal business hours. The Notice Effective Date is the effective date of the first of the two Notices received.

Any notice given pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed effective (a) when personally delivered by hand (with written confirmation thereof), (b) five (5) days after being sent by first class mail, return receipt requested, (c) one (1) day after being sent by express courier service or overnight delivery providing receipt of delivery, or (d) on the date sent by email if sent prior 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on a business day or on the following business day if received after 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) or on a non-business day. Either Party may by similar notice given change the address to which future notices or other communications shall be sent.
Notice Effective Date. All such notices shall be deemed received, (1) if delivered by hand, certified mail or overnight delivery service, on the date of delivery and (2) if sent by electronic transfer on a Business Day during the recipient’s normal business hours, on the date of transmission (with confirmation of successful transmission), otherwise the same shall be deemed to have been received on the following Business Day. The refusal to accept delivery shall constitute acceptance and, in such event, the date of delivery shall be the date on which delivery was refused.
Notice Effective Date. All notices, demands and requests shall be effective upon being deposited with any reputable overnight courier or in the United States mail. However, the time period in which a response to any such notice, demand or request must be given shall commence to run from the date of receipt of the return receipt of the notice, demand or request by the addressee thereof. Rejection or other refusal to accept or the inability to deliver because of changed address of which no notice was given as provided in subsection 9.2.3 shall be deemed to be receipt of the notice, demand or request sent.
Notice Effective Date. A member may resign as a member of the LLC by giving written notice of resignation to the other members. The resignation shall be effective days after the other members have received the notice. The member shall incur no liability to the other members or the LLC merely by reason of the resignation.

Any such notice shall be effective: (a) if sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, by United States express mail, by courier service, then when actually received; (b) if sent by telecopier or other facsimile transmission, then on the date sent, provided that a confirmation receipt is obtained); (c) with respect to any party for which an e-mail address is included in Section 18, if sent by e-mail, on the date sent (provided that confirmed receipt is obtained), or (d) if delivered by hand, then on the date so delivered. The address or addressee to receive notice for any party may be changed by such party from time to time by giving notice in the foregoing manner. Any notice required under this Agreement may be waived only in a writing signed by the person entitled to notice.
