Notice of Conviction. The Xxx County School Board shall take one of the following actions, 35 within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice, with respect to any employee who is so convicted: 36 (a) Program Participation: require such an employee to participate satisfactorily in a drug 37 abuse assistance or rehabilitation program approved for such purposes by a federal, state 38 or local health, law enforcement, or other appropriate agency, or 39 (b) Failure to Participate: if the employee fails to participate satisfactorily in such 40 program, the employee may be non-renewed or his or her employment may be suspended 41 or terminated, at the discretion of the School Board, or 42 (c) District Action: take appropriate personnel action against such an employee, up to and 43 including termination.

  • Notice of Potential Claims The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation or to extension of time for (1) any act or failure to act by the County Project Manager or the County, or (2) the happening of any event or occurrence, unless the Contractor has given the County a written Notice of Potential Claim within ten (10) days of the commencement of the act, failure, or event giving rise to the claim, and before final payment by the County.
