Notice of Job Award. The Library will provide written notice of a job offer to the successful internal candidate for the vacant position. Prior to publicly announcing the successful internal candidate for a vacant position, the Library will make a good faith effort to notify promptly all internal candidates who were not selected for the position. The notice of award shall thereafter be sent to each branch and each department through internal library mail and posted on the bulletin board in the staff lounge in the main library.‌
