Notice of Layoff The Employer shall make every reasonable effort under the circumstances to provide affected employees with at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice prior to the contemplated effective date of a layoff.
Advance Notice of Layoff Unless legislation is more favourable to the Employees, the Employer shall notify Employees who are laid off with a written notice thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of layoff. If the Employee has not had the opportunity to work the days as provided in this Article, they shall be paid for the days for which work was not made available.
Notice of Lay-off All regular employees shall be given in writing the following notice of lay-off or salary in lieu of notice: a) Two (2) weeks' notice where the employee has been employed less than three (3) years. b) After the completion of a period of employment of three (3) consecutive years, one (1) additional weeks’ notice, and for each subsequent completed year of employment, an additional week's notice up to a maximum of eight (8) weeks' notice. c) In the event of office closure, Article 14.04(b) will apply. (This shall not apply to temporary job sites.) The period of notice shall not coincide with an employee's annual vacation.
Notice of Resignation or Removal The Issuer will notify the Servicer, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee of any resignation or removal of the Asset Representations Reviewer.
NOTICE OF DELAYS Except as otherwise provided under this Contract, when either party has knowledge that any actual or potential situation is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Contract, that party shall, within one (1) business day, give notice thereof, including all relevant information with respect thereto, to the other party.
Retirement in Lieu of Layoff Any employee who was subject to being, or was in fact, laid off and who is qualified for and who elected service retirement from the Public Employees’ Retirement System shall be placed on an appropriate reemployment list. The District shall notify the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System of the fact that retirement was due to layoff. If he/she is subsequently subject to reemployment and accepts, in writing, the appropriate vacant position, the District shall maintain the vacancy, but may fill it on a temporary basis until the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System has properly processed his/her request for reinstatement from retirement.
Site to be free from Encumbrances Subject to the provisions of Clause 8.2, the Site shall be made available by the Authority to the Contractor pursuant hereto free from all Encumbrances and occupations and without the Contractor being required to make any payment to the Authority because of any costs, compensation, expenses and charges for the acquisition and use of such Site for the duration of the Project Completion Schedule. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the existing rights of way, easements, privileges, liberties and appurtenances to the Site shall not be deemed to be Encumbrances. It is further agreed that, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the Contractor accepts and undertakes to bear any and all risks arising out of the inadequacy or physical condition of the Site.
ODUF Message to be Transmitted 6.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to Quality Telephone: - Message recording for per use/per activation type services (examples: Three Way Calling, Verify, Interrupt, Call Return, etc.) - Measured billable Local - Directory Assistance messages - IntraLATA Toll - WATS and 800 Service - N11 - Information Service Provider Messages - Operator Services Messages - Credit/Cancel Records - Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on ODUF. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).
Usage To Be Transmitted 6.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to Comcast Phone: - Message recording for per use/per activation type services (examples: Three Way Calling, Verify, Interrupt, Call Return, etc.) - Measured billable Local - Directory Assistance messages - IntraLATA Toll - WATS and 800 Service - N11 - Information Service Provider Messages - Operator Services Messages - Operator Services Message Attempted Calls (UNE only) - Credit/Cancel Records - Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to Optional Daily Usage File. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Comcast Phone. 6.1.4 In the event that Comcast Phone detects a duplicate on Optional Daily Usage File they receive from BellSouth, Comcast Phone will drop the duplicate message (Comcast Phone will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).
Notice of Change of Control Each occasion that any Change of Control shall occur and such notice shall set forth in reasonable detail the particulars of each such occasion.
