Notice of Outages. The Seller will notify the Buyer of any Outages, or changes in any Outages, by delivering to the Buyer an Outage Notice: (i) promptly in the case of any Forced Outage (notwithstanding any Emergency Condition, Turn-Down Period or BC Hydro System Constraint that may be in effect); (ii) not less than 30 days in advance of any proposed change to a Planned Outage described in an approved Operating Plan that is in effect (which change will be subject to the prior written consent of the Buyer); and (iii) promptly in the case of any changes to the duration, start time or end time of any Outage.

Notice of Outages. Whenever possible, Buyer shall give Seller reasonable notice of the possibility that interruption or reduction of deliveries may be required.

The Seller shall, except with the Buyer’s consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, use best efforts to promptly remove or mitigate any Forced Outage. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer concurrently with delivery of the statement described in subsection 10.1(a), a report of all Outages during the month for which the statement described in subsection 10.1 (a) is issued, including a statement of the cause of each Outage;

  • Notice of Layoff The Employer shall notify all employees who are to be laid off, fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff or shall award pay in lieu thereof.
