Notice of Resignation or Retirement. 51.1 Tenured, tenurable and fixed-term employees shall be required to give not less than 6 months' notice in writing, provided that the University can agree to a shorter period of notice. 51.2 Nothing in this Clause affects the right of the University to dismiss an employee for unsatisfactory performance or misconduct in accordance with Schedules C – Unsatisfactory Performance and/or D – Misconduct of this Agreement.
