Notice of Tariff Rate change. The Distributor will give the Retailer notice of all Tariff Rate changes as specified in this clause 9.3. The Distributor will: provide 60 Working Daysnotice of the change, unless the Distributor is required by law to implement the change earlier or the Distributor has itself been given less than 60 Working Days’ notice of the change described in clause 9.1(a), 9.1(c) or 9.1(d) (as applicable), in which case the Distributor will give as much notice as reasonably practicable; provide to the Retailer: an update of the pricing schedule and policy in schedule 8 in a way that makes changes from the previous version clear; and without limiting clause 10, if an ICP or a group of ICPs is to be allocated to a different Price Category, a mapping table that clearly shows the new Price Category to which each ICP or group of ICPs is to be allocated; in addition to the requirements of sub-clause 9.3(b), if the change is in respect of ICPs that have either a category 1 or category 2 metering installation, notify the Retailer in accordance with EIEP12; and send the information required in sub-clauses 9.3(b) and 9.3(c) to the Retailer by email, as a minimum. Standard tariff codes: If the Distributor introduces a new Tariff Rate, it will assign a standard tariff code to the Tariff Rate in accordance with clause 12A.10 of the Code.

  • Notice of Shift Change The Co-operative agrees to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice when changing a full-time employee's shift, except in the event of an emergency (an emergency is defined as snowstorm, or flood, or breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure or an unscheduled absence of an employee). Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.
