LEAD WARNING STATEMENT Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips and dust pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, OWNERS must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. RESIDENTS must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
Adverse Report The Employer shall notify an employee in writing of any expression of dissatisfaction concerning his work within ten (10) working days of the event of the complaint, with a copy to the Union. This notice shall include particulars of the work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become a part of his work record for use against him at any time. This Article shall be applicable to any complaint or accusation which may be detrimental to an employee's advancement or standing with the Employer, whether or not it relates to his work. The employee's reply to such complaint, accusation or expression of dissatisfaction shall become part of his record. The record of an employee shall not be used against him at any time after twelve (12) months following the serving of a suspension or disciplinary action, including letters of reprimand or any adverse reports.
Notice of Complaints Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any complaint concerning any Serviced Appointment made by any party to the Serviced Corporate Trust Contracts, any Securityholder, any Credit Enhancement Provider or any rating agency.
Information for Regulatory Compliance Each of the Company and the Depositary shall provide to the other, as promptly as practicable, information from its records or otherwise available to it that is reasonably requested by the other to permit the other to comply with applicable law or requirements of governmental or regulatory authorities.
Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to BD. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective. Conformity with XXXXX Filing The Prospectus delivered to the Agent for use in connection with the sale of the Placement Shares pursuant to this Agreement will be identical to the versions of the Prospectus created to be transmitted to the Commission for filing via XXXXX, except to the extent permitted by Regulation S-T.
Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information.

Justification for the Request The request for a supplemental funding for any of the above-mentioned programs should contain a justification clearly documenting the need for the additional funding authority during the current quarter. This documentation should be in the form of State accounting records or similar documents that will show the actual expenditures through the most recent month for which such data are available, as well as the State's most accurate projection of its anticipated expenditures during the remaining month(s) of the quarter. For either the TANF or the CCDF program, the State's justification should also include an explanation of the activities requiring the obligation and/or expenditure of amounts that exceed the normal quarterly grant award restrictions and why these activities could not have been delayed until the next quarter.
Notice of Recall When Employees are to be recalled by the Employer, they shall be notified by Registered Mail or any other written means the Employer may wish to utilize to their last place of residence known to the Employer, and if they fail to report within fifteen (15) calendar days after the delivery or receipt of such notice, the Employer shall not be under any obligation to re-employ them.
