This notice shall not be construed as a waiver by the Government of any of its delivery requirements, rights, or remedies available under the Contract including termination. Notice Regarding Late Delivery. The Contractor shall notify the COR as soon as it becomes apparent to the Contractor that a scheduled delivery will be late. The Contractor shall include in the notification the reason for late delivery, the expected date for the delivery, and the projected impact of the late delivery. The Contracting Officer will review the new schedule and provide guidance to the Contractor via a contract modification. Such notification in no way limits the Government’s right to any and all contractual rights and remedies up to and including contract termination.
