NOTICE TO AGENCIES. Subcontractor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and ordinances applying to the site, building or structure and will comply and give adequate notices relating to the work to proper authorities and secure and pay for all necessary licenses, taxes, fees, royalties, escrows and permits to carry on the work as described in the Contract Documents as applicable to this Subcontract.
