Common use of Notice to Applicants Clause in Contracts

Notice to Applicants. All employees requesting a transfer to a vacancy or new position shall be 29 notified within five days of the employer filling the vacancy or new position. Such notification shall 30 include a statement of acceptance or non-acceptance. If non-accepted, the employee has the right 31 to a conference with the Superintendent to discuss the reasons for non-acceptance.
