Postings for Vacancies during current work year: All vacancies (including new positions) 40 occurring during the work year shall be reported to the employees and the Association by e- 41 mail and by posting on a designated bulletin board in each building. Such notices shall be 42 posted for a minimum of five (5) days. Such vacancies shall be filled for the remainder of the 43 current school year by a long term substitute. Long term substitute positions shall be filled 44 by certified teachers following the definition ofhighly qualified.” Emergency substitutes 45 will be used only when the pool of certificated substitutes has been exhausted. If the position 46 is determined necessary for the following school year, it shall be reposted at the end of the 47 school year following the procedures in 2, b. 48 b. Postings for the following school year vacancies: All vacancies for the following school year 49 (including new positions) shall be reported to employees and the association by e-mail and by 50 posting on the designated bulletin board in each building. Vacancies occurring after June 1st shall 1 be posted internally and externally concurrently for five (5) days. If vacancies occur during 2 the three weeks prior to the start of a new school year, positions may be posted as 3 “elementary” (K-5) or “secondary” by subject area (as opposed to specific grade level.)

  • Vacancy Posting ‌ If a regular employee is absent from his/her position for more than 24 months as a result of medical leave, such position will be posted in accordance with the provision of Article 12. Upon return to work the regular employee shall be returned to work to a position of equal rank and basic pay.

  • Posting of Agreement To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • Filing and Postmark The filing or service of any notice or document herein shall be timely if it is personally served or if it bears a certified postmark of the United States Postal Service within the time period.

  • Printing of Agreement The parties will mutually share the cost of printing this Agreement.
