Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the performance of the Services a Conflict of Interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Supplier must: (a) notify SPREP immediately in writing; (b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the Conflict of Interest and setting out the steps the Supplier proposes to take to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest; and (c) take such steps as SPREP reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest.
