Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the performance of the Services a Conflict of Interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Supplier must:
(a) notify SPREP immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the Conflict of Interest and setting out the steps the Supplier proposes to take to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest; and
(c) take such steps as SPREP reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest.
Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the performance of the Services a conflict of interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Commissioned Agent must:
(a) notify ACIAR immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(c) take such steps as ACIAR requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
Notification of a conflict of interest. If a conflict of interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Recipient must:
(a) notify the Commonwealth immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(c) take such steps as the Commonwealth requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the Activity a conflict of interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Recipient must:
(a) notify DFAT immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(c) take such steps as DFAT requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the performance of the Recipient's obligations under this Agreement a Conflict of Interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Recipient must:
(a) notify ARENA immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(c) take such steps as ARENA reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
Notification of a conflict of interest. 83.2.1 If, during the performance of this Services Agreement, a Conflict of Interest (either potential, perceived or actual) arises, or appears likely to arise, the Service Provider must:
(a) Notify the Health Representative immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the Conflict of Interest; and
(c) take such steps as Health reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest.

(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and

Notification of a conflict of interest. 17.2.1. If, during the term of this Agreement, a Conflict of Interest arises or appears likely to arise, the Licensee must:
(a) give Notice to the Scheme Administrator as soon as is practicable after becoming aware that the Conflict of Interest has arisen, or appears likely to arise;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict, including but not limited to, the Licensee’s strategy for managing the relevant Conflict of Interest;
(c) take such steps as the Scheme Administrator requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict of Interest;

(a) notify the Commonwealth immediately in writing;
(b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(c) take such steps as the Commonwealth requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the Agreement Period, any actual, perceived or potential conflict arises or there is any material change to a previously disclosed conflict of interest, each Participant agrees to:
(a) notify the Lead Participant promptly and make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and
(b) take any steps the Commonwealth reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
