NOTIFICATION OF INTENT. 1. Bargaining unit members who wish to be considered for a job share position for the following year must submit a Letter of Intent to the Superintendent by March 1st. Final approval for any proposed job share position shall be the decision of the Superintendent and building Principal and shall be binding. Within five (5) school days of receiving a denial of transfer, a unit member may request either written reasons for the denial or a conference with the Superintendent/designee.
