NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of the presence of any of the following conditions:
i. A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water inside the Unit;
ii. Any water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water in any common area;
iii. Any seepage, staining, or mildew on any surface in the Unit; and/or
iv. A malfunction in any part of the heating, air conditioning, or ventilation systems in the Unit.
NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. In order to remedy or repair the situation as necessary, promptly notify the Landlord in writing if any of the following shall occur:
a. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water on the Leased Premises.
b. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water in a common area including Lessee’s garage storage area.
c. Mold Growth in or on the Leased Premises that persists after Tenant(s) has (have) attempted several times to remove with household cleaners (Lysol, Pine-Sol, Tilex Mildew Remover, Clorox Cleanup or a combination of bleach and water).
d. Any air conditioning, heating or ventilation system problems you may discover.
NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Residents shall promptly notify management in writing of the presence of the following conditions:
a. A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water inside the Rented Premises.
b. A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water in any community common area.
c. Mold growth in or on the Rented Premises that persists after resident has tried several times to remove it with household cleaning solution, such as Lysol or Pine-Sol disinfectants, Tilex Mildew remover, or Clorox, or in combination with the use of water and soap.
d. A malfunction in any part of the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or ventilation systems in the Rented Premises.
NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. In order to remedy or repair the situation as necessary, promptly notify the Landlord in writing if any of the following shall occur:
a. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water on the Leased Premises.
b. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water in a common area including Lessee’s garage, basement, storage area. Landlord cannot and does not guarantee dryness in any garage, basement, and/or storage space (if applicable) and is not responsible for any damages caused by humidity, moisture and/or water.
c. Mold Growth in or on the Leased Premises that persists after Tenant(s) has (have) attempted several times to remove with household cleaners (Lysol, Pine-Sol, Tilex Mildew Remover, Clorox Cleanup or a combination of bleach and water).
d. Any air conditioning, heating or ventilation system problems you may discover.
NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Employees must notify their management within 24 hours after receipt of notice of selection for possible jury duty.
NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Resident shall immediately notify the Work Order Center, of the presence of the following conditions: • A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water inside the Leased Premises and/or in any community common area; • Mold growth in or on the Leased Premises that persists after Resident has tried several times to remove it with household cleaning solutions, such as Lysol or Pine‐ Sol disinfectants, Tilex Mildew Remover, or Clorox, or a combination of water and bleach, however, resident should not use these cleaning materials on porous surfaces such as sheetrock/drywall, ceilings, carpet and tile; • A malfunction in any part of the air‐conditioning, heating, or ventilation systems in the Leased Premises.

Mold growth in or on the dwelling that persists after Resident has tried several times to remove it with household cleaning solution, such as Lysol or Pine-Sol disinfectants, Tilex Mildew Remover, or Clorox, or a combination of water and bleach.

iv. A malfunction in any part of the heating, air-conditioning, or ventilation system in the Leased Premises
