Notification of Personnel Change. The Board agrees to notify the Union, in writing, when an employee covered by this Agreement is hired, promoted, demoted, transferred, laid off, recalled, resigns, is suspended or is terminated.

Notification of Personnel Change. In no event shall the GEC remove, transfer, or reassign any key task leader or individual working predominantly on Authority projects or assignments, as defined by the Authority, except as instructed by, or with the prior written consent of the Executive Director or his/her designee. The GEC shall notify the Authority at least ten (10) business days in advance of a proposed replacement of any individual working predominantly on Authority projects or assignments, and submit the name and qualifications summary of the proposed replacement to the Authority. The Authority will review the qualifications and may interview the proposed replacement. The Authority reserves the right to approve or reject, without cause, any proposed replacement, and will provide such written approval or rejection within ten (10) business days after receipt of the qualifications documentation. If no response is provided within ten (10) business days the proposed replacement shall be considered rejected. The GEC shall use its best efforts to enhance continuity in personnel, sub consultants, and other individuals working predominantly on Authority projects or assignments. The GEC shall notify and consult with the Authority regarding the scheduling of unusual or prolonged corporate activities, vacations, and other engagements by personnel during which he/she is unavailable for the services.
