Notification of Re-employment Opening. Any employee who is laid off and is subsequently eligible for re-employment shall be notified in writing by the District. Such notice shall be sent, with a "Proof of Service by Mail" form, to the last address given the District by the employee and a copy shall be sent to CSEA.

Notification of Re-employment Opening. Any employee who is laid off and is subsequently eligible for placed on the 39 month re-employment list and is offered a re- employment opportunity shall be notified in writing by the DistrictDistrict of each opening in the classification from which the employee was laid off. Such notice shall be sent, with a "Proof of Service sent by Mail" form, certified mail to the last known address given the District by the employee employee, and a copy shall be sent to CSEACSEA by the District which will acquit the District of its notification responsibility.
