Hospital officials shall explain in writing 12 and have the new hire nurses sign a statement of 13 agreement/acknowledgement of their obligation to fulfill and maintain 14 one of the options presented them as a condition of employment at 15 ARRMC. One copy of this statement shall be placed in the personnel 16 file of the nurse and a copy sent to the Association.

Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2
