Common use of Notification to Union Clause in Contracts

Notification to Union. The Hospital will provide the Union with a list of last known address for employees covered by the full-time and part-time service bargaining units as at April 1st of each calendar year, unless an employee notifies the Hospital in writing that he/she does not wish to have his/her address given to the Union. The Union agrees that such addresses will not be disseminated to any other individuals, groups, institutions or organizations. Further, the Hospital cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
