Notoriety. 5.1 Grant recipients shall keep sufficient and appropriate records and documentation about the procurement procedure, the selection criteria set, evaluations made and award decisions.

Related to Notoriety

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Tardiness Tardiness shall be defined as reporting to work eight (8) or more minutes after clock in time. For each three (3) occurrences of tardiness in a school year shall constitute grounds for the issuance of progressive discipline as defined in Article 15.

  • Alcohol (a) A worker who returns a negative alcohol test will be allowed to return to work with no record of the test kept. A worker who returns a positive result for alcohol (above 0.00mg/ml) will be deemed not fit work and will not be permitted to return to work;

  • Drugs Possession or use of drugs by the Student, any person present in the residence with the Student, or any person present in the Student’s residence with the permission of the Student during the Student’s absence, are strictly prohibited in any UCF DHRL facility. Prohibited drugs include, but are not limited to:

  • Medication 1. Xxxxxxx’s physician shall prescribe and monitor adequate dosage levels for each Client.

  • Integrity 2.1 Transmission control ☒ VPN connections ☒ The use of private storage media is prohibited ☒ Special protection when physically transporting data media

  • Visibility 12.1. Contractor shall follow any instructions given by EFI relating to visibility for the tasks and output under this Contract, including the use of specific disclaimers.
