Nurses Salary a. A registered nurse with a baccalaureate or master's or advanced degree shall be placed on the teacher's salary schedule commensurate with his preparation. b. A registered nurse with three years' preparation (non-degree) shall be placed on a nurse's salary schedule. The steps of this schedule shall be ten (10) percent less than the comparable step on the BA column for the first three (3) years at Xxxxxx Creek. The steps of this schedule shall be five (5) percent less than the comparable step on the BA column after three (3) years at Xxxxxx Creek. c. A registered nurse (degree or non-degree) shall receive full credit on the nurse's schedule for outside experience in school nursing or public health nursing.
Nurses Salary. Nurses possessing at least a Bachelor's degree employed under this Agreement shall be paid on the teacher's scale. In the case of non-degree nurses, they will be paid on a base pay of $14,500 per annum with an experiential credit per year of experience equal to that of the average percentage increments of the teacher's scale. In the case of a non-degree nurse, the progression on this scale is dependent upon the individual achieving at least six (6) credit hours per year while matriculating toward a professional degree.

Nurses Salary. Effective July 1, 2006, full-time nurses shall receive an annual stipend of $4,000. Nurses working less than full-time shall receive a prorata share of the stipend. The stipend shall be for extra responsibilities assigned by the Administrator of Special Education.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary of $200,000, payable on a monthly basis commencing on the Effective Date (as the same may be adjusted herein, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments.   • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Base Salary and Benefits (a) During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay Executive an annual base salary of $535,600 (the “Base Salary”). As used herein, references to “Base Salary” shall include all subsequent increases in annual base salary during the Employment Period. (c) During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company’s employee benefit programs for which senior executives of the Company and its subsidiaries are generally eligible. Without duplication of any employee benefits provided to all senior executives of the Company and its subsidiaries, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the annual premium cost of $1 million of term life insurance coverage purchased by Executive on his life, up to a maximum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000) per year. (d) During the Employment Period, the Company shall (without duplication of any employee benefits provided to Executive pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement) reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses. (e) All amounts payable or otherwise provided to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable withholding and deduction obligations.
