Notwithstanding Article 9.1.8, it is clearly understood that some related duties within the bargaining unit were performed by certain non-bargaining unit personnel in the Accounting Department. It focuses on the actions that everyone can take on a daily basis to set new norms that violence is not tolerated and everyone is expected to do their part in contributing to a safer community.
