Observation Procedure. 1. By September 30 of each school year, teachers will be notified of the primary evaluator assigned to complete their evaluations, and the documents to be used will be shared. Any teacher hired after the beginning of the school year shall be notified within 15 work days of his/her first work day of his/her role in the evaluation process. All evaluators will be credentialed by the Ohio Department of Education and an administrator employed by the Board.
