Common use of Occupational Health and Safety Representatives Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health and Safety Representatives. (a) In addition to other leave entitlements, Job Representatives and Occupational Health and Safety Representatives are to have reasonable time release from duty to attend to matters relating to industrial, occupational health and safety or other relevant matters such as attending Workplace Implementation Meetings, assisting with grievance procedures, attending hospital committees, etc.
