Off Duty Employment. 21.1 Off Duty employees shall not be engaged in any outside or non-School District employment except on the written authorization of the Superintendent or designee. 21.2 In no event shall non-School District or outside employment interfere with the performance of an employee's duties with the School District. 21.3 For the purpose of this Article, the designee shall be the Chief of Police.
