Offering Extra Hours AFTER Posting of Schedule. Nurses will be considered for additional tours unless they indicate otherwise, in writing. Any restrictions on their availability will be given by the nurse, in writing, at least two (2) weeks prior to the posting date of the next schedule. It is expected that part-time and casual nurses will be available to work on any Unit within the Hospital.
Offering Extra Hours AFTER Posting of Schedule. Any additional tours which become available after the schedule is posted will be offered to Regular Part-Time nurses, including job sharers, within the unit equitably in accordance with seniority, on a rotating basis, up to seventy-five (75) bi-weekly hours.
