Official Languages Training. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the tuition and registration fees of second official language courses offered in a format and by institutions approved by the Employer. All employees will be given access to second language courses. Official language courses that the Employer considers necessary for the effective performance of the employee's duties shall be assigned during working hours only.
