Common use of On-Call Premium Clause in Contracts

On-Call Premium. The Employer may designate an employee to be on-call during non- working hours for tenant personal crises (high needs support team), housing related emergencies or for any other reason requiring on-call services. The designation must be confirmed in writing. This Article does not require the Employer to designate any employee to be on-call at any time.
