On-Going Program Management Services. 1.27.1. Perform Program master schedule updates as necessary over the course of the Program.
1.27.2. Perform Program master budget updates as necessary over the course of the Program.
1.27.3. Coordinate State agency services, including coordination with the following State agencies:
1.27.3.1. California Department of General Services, Division of the State Architect (“DSA”)
1.27.3.2. California Department of Education (“CDE”)
1.27.3.3. California Department of General Services, Office of Public School Construction (“OPSC”)
1.27.3.4. California Department of General Services, State Allocation Board (“SAB”).
1.27.4. Develop, submit and track all OPSC grant applications for the School Facility Program (“SFP”).
1.27.5. Develop, submit and manage grant applications for any possibly eligible State grant or fund.
1.27.6. Coordinate alternate project delivery methods, including but not limited to the following possible alternatives:
1.27.6.1. Multiple prime contracting
1.27.6.2. Lease-lease back contracting.
1.27.7. Customize cost database for all cost tracking.
1.27.8. Perform on-going accounting coordination with District business office staff, including coordination of the following:
1.27.8.1. Invoice processing of all invoices associated with the Program entered through databases and forwarded to District
1.27.8.2. Purchase order requests
1.27.8.3. Cost code coordination with District accounting staff
On-Going Program Management Services. 1.12.1 Perform Program master schedule updates as necessary over the course of the Program.
1.12.2 Perform Program master budget updates as necessary over the course of the Program.
1.12.3 Prepare, attend and manage District meetings, as requested with District’s Superintendent and Board of Trustees subcommittees.
1.12.4 Perform Bond Oversight Committee support, including accounting, reporting, and attending all meetings.
1.12.5 Provide updates on the status of the Program at monthly Board of Trustees Meetings, and any applicable special meeting of the Board of Trustees.
