On-site Access. Where applicable, Customer agrees to provide Check Point or its authorized partner with sufficient and safe access to Customer’s facilities in order to permit Check Point to fulfill its obligations.

On-site Access. Facebook may require that certain Facebook Data be accessed only from locations specified by Facebook, including, for example, a secure location on Facebook-controlled premises (the “Site”). Grantee and Principal Investigator will comply with any and all of Facebook’s policies regarding access to the Site, including all security, safety, environmental, information technology, legal and business conduct policies (which may, for example, include prohibitions on carrying cell phones, cameras, Wi-Fi devices, storage devices, printers and other items into the Site, and may include background check requirements), which shall be made available to Grantee and Principal Investigator in advance of such access. Any access to the Site will be strictly limited to the Permitted Purpose and will be granted only during the Access Period.
On-site Access. If necessary for SciQuest to perform under this Agreement, Client shall provide, without charge to SciQuest, access to Client's facilities, reasonable working space, appropriate personnel, related computing equipment and any other information reasonably requested by SciQuest to enable SciQuest to fulfill its obligations. Client hereby represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary third party rights and consents in order for SciQuest to access and work with Client's hardware and software. Client shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and codes, including the procurement of required permits or inspections.
On-site Access. 7.1 If a Support Incident cannot be resolved remotely then B2B will visit the Customer Location to try and resolve the Support Incident. Travel to the Customer Location is not charged additional to the Support Hours that will be used during the visit. 7.2 Customer Locations or other locations nominated by the Customer that are not within a reasonable travelling distance of B2B personnel and where an overnight stay is required will be charged at 40p per mile from B2B registered office and cost of accommodation and expenses. Distance as determined from xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx. For the purposes of this clause 7.2 “reasonable travelling distance” is defined as less than sixty (60) minutes, or twenty five (25) miles, one (1) way journey to the Customer Location or other requested location.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.
