In the case of the Property consisting of more than one site or building, only one On-site Office will be provided. The location of the On-site Office will be identified during the site tour. .2 The Property Manager shall be responsible for providing his own telephone and data line systems within the Property. .3 The Minister reserves the right to allocate alternate space to the Property Manager during the term of the Contract. Costs associated with the relocation will be Extra Work. .4 The Property Manager shall not use the On-site Office to coordinate or transact any business other than that described in this Contract.

ON-SITE OFFICE. Owner shall provide Manager’s on-site personnel with office space at the Property at no expense to Manager. Unless otherwise approved by Owner, such office shall be used only in connection with the operation, leasing and management of the Property and said office space may be utilized by Owner’s members provided such members comply with reasonable requirements of Manager as to confidentiality and controlled access to Manager’s computer systems and files and such use is for conference facilities or similar uses.
ON-SITE OFFICE. Manager agrees to maintain a business office at the Property in a location or locations designated by Owner. Any such office shall be used solely as offices for personnel employed by Manager and working on the Property, and shall be provided rent-free by Owner. Provided Owner shall have given its prior written approval for Manager to incur such costs and expenses, or to the extent included in the Approved Property Budget, Manager shall be reimbursed for the cost of maintaining the on-site office. Owner acknowledges that any Accounting/Property Management software Manager introduces to the Property is owned by, or exclusively licensed to, Manager, and any and all costs thereof shall be borne by Manager. Manager acknowledges that any and all software Manager introduces to the Property other than the Accounting/Property Management software, is owned, or exclusively licensed to, Owner, and any and all costs therefor shall be done by Owner to the extent included in the Approved Property Budget. All costs and expenses relating to software or hardware upgrades or replacements shall also be borne by the Property, to the extent included in the Approved Property Budget.
ON-SITE OFFICE. 5.1 DIAL shall provide one porta cabin at site to establish their office & setup 5.2 To facilitate fulfilling the requirements of this SOW, DIAL will provide the vendor office space at Airport. vendor shall use the space provided to locate its office for managing the day-to-day operations to fulfil the requirements of this contract. 5.3 Vendor shall keep the area clean and orderly at all times. 5.4 Vendor shall keep the on-site office door locked whenever unoccupied. 5.5 Vendor shall not allow persons who do not possess a current Airport security badge to remain in the on-site office unescorted. 5.6 Vendor shall not store any items not related to the contract in the on-site office.
ON-SITE OFFICE. If the performance by Manager of Manager's Obligations requires facilities or space at the Properties, Owner agrees to provide appropriate facilities or space at the Properties suitable for the discharge of Manager's Obligations under this Agreement.
