Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

Annual Compensation The Executive's "Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the highest level of base salary paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during any of the three calendar years ending during the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs.
Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
