Should an employee at the head of the recall list fail to good on the job to which he is recalled, he will be laid placed again on the recall list, but will not be considered for the job on which he failed to make good.
(a) The Employer agrees to give three (3) full working day notice, exclusive of the day of notification on all schedule' lay-offs, or three days pay in lieu of notice. that the notice of lay-off is given to a list of the employees affected will also b given to the Union. This section does not apply to probationary employees a defined in Section during their first days of Employer shall notify the President of the Union of an persons on the recall list whom it fails to locate or who he does not wish to return.
(a) For purposes of recall to work, an employee will be on the recall list subject to the provisions of for a period of percent of the aggregate seniority which each employee was at the time of his lay-of provided that at least once in each six months during time, he notifies the Employer by registered mail that t- desires to be retained on the seniority list. There shall be obligation on the part of the Employer under this Section rehire any employee who on physical examination is not to be physically fit for the job involved, except that if a person was satisfactorily performing the job from which he was laid off and his physical status has not changed, and the xxx has not changed, he will be entitled to recall to the job from which he was laid off in accordance with the recall provisions of this Agreement. The Company will notify, in writing, employees who arc being laid-off concerning the necessity of contacting the Company by Registered Mail every six months of their desire to be retained on the Seniority list. Neither the Seniority, nor the layoff and recall section of the Agreement shall apply to any employee who attains the age of years.
