  • Business Financial Statements The Company has delivered to the Purchasers complete and correct copies of the audited consolidated balance sheets of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 1998 and December 31, 1997, and the related audited supplemental consolidated statements of operations, stockholders' equity and cash flows of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the years ended December 31, 1998, 1997 and 1996.
