Operating Requirements. The Interconnection Customer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements, as they may change from time to time, to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement or the NYISO OATT. The current operating instructions are titled “NYSEG, BINGHAMTON COGENERATION PLANT, BINGHAMTON DIVISION, EAST REGION Operating Instructions 7/14/2006 Revision”.
