Operation and Maintenance Services. The Governing Body shall consider and make appropriate provision for operation and maintenance of the Farm and all equipment and facilities located thereon, including by execution of one or more interlocal agreements and/or contracts for services with one or more Governing Body Members, non-Member governmental or nonprofit organizations, or private entities.
