Operations & Maintenance Phase. Caltrans-owned equipment – Caltrans is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in their right of way. • Operating and maintaining TSP equipment installed in the transit buses will be the responsibility of the respective transit agency. • Equipment and devices on San Pablo Avenue within Alameda County – Funding for operating and maintaining these devices will be provided by Alameda CTC. • Equipment and devices on San Pablo Avenue within Contra Costa County – Funding for operating and maintaining these devices will be provided by CCTA (up to $2,000,000). • Funding for San Pablo Avenue SMART Corridor devices that are not used for implementing I-80 ICM strategies will continue to be funded under the terms of existing O&M Agreement.
