OPSO Schemes. Where the Grant Recipient or any Delivery Partner is delivering or will deliver one or more OPSO Schemes, the terms of this Agreement shall apply, be interpreted and take effect subject to the exceptions and adaptations specified in Schedule 7 (OPSO Schemes) with respect to each such OPSO Scheme.
