OPTION DATE. 1.1. You are requested to review, sign and return this agreement to us within 7 days of the Event Agreement Issue Date, unless a different option date is stated in the Event Agreement. We reserve the right to release your tentatively reserved bedrooms and facilities, or to review our rates, if we do not receive your signed agreement by the applicable due date. No cancellation fee shall apply in such circumstances. If other enquiries are received for the same dates of your proposed Event, we may contact you earlier for confirmation, at our sole discretion.
OPTION DATE. Commencing on the "Option Date" (which is the date hereof), the Option may be exercised to the extent of 33% of the Option Stock.

OPTION DATE. The aggregate outstanding amount of the Advances shall be due and payable in full on the Option Date, provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, on the Option Date if Company and Lenders have agreed to an Extension Option in accordance with the terms of SECTION 2.14 hereof, then the Loan shall be due and payable in full on the Final Maturity. Any portion of the Loan not extended in accordance with the terms of SECTION 2.14(A) hereof shall be due and payable on the Option Date.
OPTION DATE. The definition of "Section 19.01 Option Date" is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety.

The BUYER shall exercise its right and declare the option to purchase the optional vessels by sending a fax to the SELLER (to the fax number referred to in Article 17 of each Contract) on or before the launching of the first of the ten firm product oil tankers of 3800dwt (being DN-3500-1). The SELLER and the BUYER undertake to sign a New Buildings Contract for each optional vessel (substantially on the same terms as each Contract) within thirty (30) days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the option is given to the SELLER.
OPTION DATE. If these arrangements meet with your approval, please sign and return this document to the attention of the hotel Sales department by March 14, 2014. Acceptance will occur upon receipt of a signed original. This contract will be considered definite and confirmed once all parties have signed this agreement and the hotel is in receipt of the required deposit. An addendum will be issued for any subsequent modification to this Group Sales Agreement.
OPTION DATE. The Annual Base Rent for the Renewal Term shall be in accordance with the calculation or Annual Base Rent at 1.(f) on the lease cover page.
